It is the policy of The Old Pioneer Store and Emporium to provide a written return and warranty procedure. No products will be accepted for return without a written authorization number. Opened items not in good resale condition will not be accepted for credit. Any returned items will have an additional 10% restocking fee to cover our handling processes, plus shipping and credit card service charges if they apply.
